| It was once articulated that "time is but a walking shadow ominous in pleasure, never ending and relatively inevitable." Yet I find that even time itself has a dead line... "For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven." And I've found this to be true. A time to die and a time to give birth is old, that's nothing new. In due time, time will fade away and be no more as we know it today. Some say time is infinite, that nothing can ever destroy it. Nothing can ever defile it... Yet what about I AM THAT I AM? He defines and rearranges time as if it were a simple puzzle. He is God, He is love, and ultimately, He is time itself! If time were frozen, we would not even exist because the earth as we know it would be unbalanced due to a lack of time. So I pose this last question: what exactly is time and where did it come from? |
