The things we do in desperation



In desperation

I may have

Said some things

Did some things

That I wish

I hadn’t



In desperation

I may have

Told some things

Whispered some things

That I wish

I hadn’t



In desperation

I may have

Seen some things

Showed some things

That I wish

I hadn’t



In desperation

I learned to

Forgive

Move on

And I’m glad

I did



In desperation

I learned to

Love again

Live again

And I’m glad

I did
