The sea calls to me from afar, and my heart yearns to go. Sparkling blue, foamy white caps roll onto the shore, lapping at my toes as I long to jump into the wondrous blue. Wishing to be a part of a world, where weightlessness suspends the body between land and sky. I ride the currents that slowly pull me to them like the beckoning arms of a Lover. Imagination takes me as the waves roll higher, pulling me out slowly. Delight overcomes me as my mind goes dancing with Dolphins amidst the laughing blue. Like a careful lover, it turns, returning to its place with a last silken caress, awaiting our next embrace. Inspired by the Quote "The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever." ~Jacques Cousteau |
