Nightmare

this is a poem i wrote, also a dream I had, hope you enjoy~

I lay awake in a real nightmare
watching my world come crashing down
I scream and shout, to tell them to stop
but no one will listen to me
I am only a kid,
and all the human race can do is kill
blood lust took over everyone
pasts forgotten
futures over
all I can do is stare at a world gone mad
there is no care
there was none to begin with
and I guess the gods have given up on them
death dawns on the horizon
in a flash I will be the only one left standing
the world will disappear
I will be all alone
no more humans, just me
    fate will be sealed
