As I sit you caress me with your waves
Your touch manipulates my wounds and saves
Damping my skin and numbing my mind
Wash away worries so I can not find

The breeze masquerades wild, throughout my hair
Hiding its origins and hidden lair
Wind's masks fondle with a gentle tickle
Moving and spreading, its thoughts so fickle

The glorious sun warms me from afar
A glittered existence, a distant star
Your blessings do enrich my very soul
Combating the cold with you blazing whole

Even the gulls who scavenge and surround
Sing hymns to you celebrating profound
With the gale's melodies backing with song
Truly a ballad to forget whats wrong

As I lean down into the sand divine
All worries which ache me seem to decline
Waves on my toes I thank you by and by
My eyes grow heavy from sea's lullaby
