A Light Of Passion

My description of light

I'm lost in the color of love in the sky
It touches me, leaving a deep impression
The way it lingers is so enchanting
Stirring up feelings of romance and passion

Enhancing only the beauty it holds
Encasing everything with it's grace
As it deepens leaving only a glow
forming silhouettes my fingers may trace

It's performance ends with a sense of peace
Leaving everything with a hint of color
Until tomorrow darkness takes over
Showing a new kind of light to discover

Now the darkness is here and things become faint
Only a slight dance of light escaping the moon
Forming impressions of our deep imagination
Without a doubt day will enlighten quite soon

To be awakened by the soft light of dawn
A soothing warmth and undisturbed time
Shadows that  are no longer perfected
My window now sharing a scattered new shine

Everything around me is slowly revealed
Into vivid imitations of yesterday's mourn
A light that was young now bud's into blossom
With radiance and grace, a new day is born
