Creating Metaphors

You, the flyover, over which I want to build another,

under which I want to drive fast

as if it is not there...

The transparent shopping bag 

inside which I see a scandalous mind.

The stop watch that counts the short lived moments

And make them appear as big as life.

The long held dream that stumbled on me

And remained a dream, always.

The secret I want to share, but tastes better

When preserved.

The theft  that I committed

knowing its end, all the time.

The poison that I drink happily,

Because I cannot do without.
