Oh vampire, how daring you appear
With your dark coat, and neat hair
Your white fangs shining
Your red eyes glowing
Your pale skin gleaming
The night adores you so
You, dear vampire, add enjoyment to my reading
You enter in my fantasies
You crawl from my homeland
Vampire, you are my essence
You are what I seem to be
You are what I long to write of
Oh, dear vampire
Take me back with you
