Your mysterious eyes

A poem I wrote for my girlfriend to tell her how I truly feel about her.

Your glowing brown eyes holding mysteries I have yet to unfold
Your smile makes me shake at the knees
Your soft lips that I long to kiss
Every minute without you is an hour to me, every hour a year
My arms feel empty and lonely without you to hold
I want to be with you every day
I want to hold you every night and feel your lips pressed softly against mine
I want to wake up next to you and just lay there enjoying the comfort
Your subtle affections make me estatic
The way I feel when I am with you is immeasurable, like floating above the clouds in a land of our own
You are so beautiful and amazing, you mean so much to me
All of these words come from the heart Maria, but none as much as these three
