LETTER TO GOD

A conversation with God.

I wrote a letter to GOD

I asked HIM to give me Patience & Understanding
I want to help those around me.
GOD said: “No my child you must work for those
They come from inside you.”

I asked Him to give me Wisdom & Faith
So that I would know right from wrong.
God said: “No my child you know what is right
And your faith is up to you.”

I asked HIM to give me Strength & Courage
To face each challenge.
GOD said: “No my child they are inside
You’re not looking hard enough.”

I asked HIM to give me Joy
To take away my pain and make me whole.
GOD said: “No my child you need them
They bring you closer to ME.”

I asked HIM to take me under HIS Wing
And show me the way.
GOD said: “Yes my child I will show you
Just follow MY Word.”
