A brief poem about the small things |
| Frosty touch on misty morn Dewy land when day is born Life on earth hath been renewed Night for us an interlude When the dawn hath broke the day Sun our friend burns cold away Grass and tree both gladly shout Waking Earth moves all about Ants begin their busy work No dark night for wolf to lurk Mourning dove sings lonely songs All the world as it belongs From chill night to sunny day From dark tomb to warm and gay Earth our mother shows again On which side of life she stands |
