I think about you throughout the day
But you are never able to stay
And then when I see you I feel
Like some things are meant to be real
But when reality comes back to me
I cannot help but to finally see
You are too far away
And I can't really say
How much you really mean
To me
I will wait for the long days to end
So I can dream about you, once again
I imagine us together, happy and free
Like it is something that's supposed to really be
This is the time when I shine most
Because sometimes, I'm just a ghost
In my dreams,
It just seems,
Almost like everything can work between us
We would have it all, even each other's trust
Then I wake up
But I'm never sad
I try to be glad
Even if I cannot have you
It's like something I always knew
Yet I will be happy
And why is that?
It must be because I can still think about you, girl
And even if it's not really true,
I can't relate myself to anyone else as much as you
I just want you to know that
