Books that developed my early life

I remember being in a May Company store, when I noticed a book on a shelf.  I pulled it out and looked at it.  It was pocket book size and it was gray.  I couldn't read or understand part of it, as I shuffled through.  My Mom explained "It"s in Spanish".I realized that, there are diffferent languages or what I call personalities of a people.



That book led to a life of facination of languages.The interest in languages led to a study of countries, languages and then to religions and cultures.



From this led an interest in Law and then a practice in Immigration Law when I became a lawyer.



Its amazing what a path of choices can lead one to, all from noticing a book, I could not read. I think of this often in my life but never fully realized the impact till I wrote about it.
