Confusing, Don't know who to choose..kinda love.

I can’t hid how I feel, {/b}
I’m fallin’ for someone I shouldn’t.
I already have someone that loves me.
Is it possible to love two people at once?
I go to him, I go to you.
I can’t do this anymore.
The scars on my wrist are multiplying,
You can tell something is wrong..
But I say nothing.
I can’t hurt you,
I can't hurt him,
I hurt myself instead.
