This is a 55 word story for the contest.

The rocket crashed onto the planet’s surface after a thousand years of exploration.

James looked around and saw sweeping sand dunes. He looked further, at something in the distance.

He looked closer – a tall pyramid and a strange half man half lion statue.

And he realised that after all that he was back on Earth.
