Standing alone in the darkest night
Looking relentlessly for the faintest of light
Never knowing what the future may hold
Only recalling what we were told
The challenges of life are what we face
The divine glory of Gods own grace
Life will change and love will show
The glories of life will begin to flow
I stand before you now and say
Never forget the passing day
Live strong and know no bound
The key to life will then be found
Hold it close for with it you'll find
