DAYS OF OUR LIVES

SHORT POEM

There have been days
Days to REMEMBER
Days to REGRET
And days to RELIVE.

But most times
Looking back at these days
Springs out a gushing rush
Of previously dormant emotions.

Tears flow down our eyes
Laughter brightens our faces
As we look back
At what was once
THE PRESENT.
