Just shut your eyes
The gloom will pass
The sun will rise

Just take a breath
Your heart will feel
The pain will fade
The wounds will heal

When held by fear
Don't lose your mind
Face your demons
And respond in kind

Life is but a circle
The beginning is the end
No matter what the trouble
