Set in a newspaper printing office around the 1940's, Jane and Andrew share a desk. Andrew working nights and Jane working through the day. Their paths never cross and they are about as opposite as they possibly could be. Jane is an uptight perfectionist, and Andrew is an unkempt bachelor. What starts with a few nagging notes left by Jane for Andrew to find, turns into a series of firy bantor between the two. Throughout the course of the note writing the two fall in love... until one day the notes lead to the two meeting.

Jane: Ms....just Jane
Hair pulled back into a tight bun, light brown hair, plain professional clothing with a simple strand of pearls that hang from her slender neck.

Andrew: Mr. Dane
Messy brown hair, wrinkled shirt with a loosened tie around his neck. Smell of cigarettes and aftershave.
