The poem a choice between describes necessity of choosing between fear and need. |
| A choice between is inevitable As we will always want, With a corresponding fear, Then, we have to choose; Between fear and satisfying our wants A choice between, we can't avoid Our wants says, "Go get it!" Our fears says, "Don't dare!" But in-between the two, A choice so grievous to made Dear friends and co-sojourner, There's the want and there's the fear; And the is the choice too to be made If the want is greater, we dare! If the fear is greater, we don't dare! There is a choice to be made We have to jump of the abyss; Over our fears to our wants If we ever have to be satisfied There's a choice to be make; It's all up us: to dare or to remain |
