My brother Mike
Was an easy fellow to like.

He would crack jokes with a smile
Laughing all the while.

He would give the shirt from his back
Making sure you didn’t have to lack.

I love my brother with all my heart
Though time and distance kept us apart.

I will miss him with every passing day
Wishing I had been there that fateful day.

How I wish I could tell him how I feel
And how I admire his nerves of steel.

I know he is in heaven now
I bet he is thinking, “Wow!”

And how easy he was to like.
