Left Hand

Does this really need a description?

There's so much to say,
But I don't have the energy.
It's wasting away,
Right here in front of me.
This silence is loud,
It's almost deafening.
I've been here before,
But it all feels so new today.
A light that was bright,
Now dulled by the yesterdays.
A part of me gone,
But I knew that it couldn't stay.
