I was looking over there to see
If anyone was looking back at me
But they were all looking away
So I just looked for another day

I looked up the street
It sure looked good to me
I looked down the street
Looked Even better from what I could see

He looked like an important man
Then his eyes looked back at me
Look here! he says with a grin
I just looked the other way again
