Who Do You Think You Are?

A poem born from irritation at poets

Who Are you?
I know you.
  Do you?
Who do you think you are?
You don't know.
Don't I know you?
Aren't I entitled to
The emotions you claim?
Don't I know them
Better thank you do?
Aren't you the fake
The one giving me a bad name?
I know this.
I know me,
And I'm burdened with knowing
        you.
Or are you thinking
                    the       same
                    exact
                    thing?
