i must see what i come up with

a view that distracts
a word that captivates

i am tired
and unsure
of all life's possibilities
and the best one for me
today
and me
tomorrow
and me
and you
and who i will be
and what i will do
and how i will do it
and who you are
and who i am
and what we are here for
and why strippers are beautiful
and why taxes are boring
and why ugliness inspires
and boredom deprives
and solace consoles
and company dissolves and everything dissolves and our flesh dissolves and drowns in an unknown vacuum of spit and sunshine and salt
these are my tired thoughts, these are my alert feelings
