What ever load you tell yourself, my head needn’t be trapped in it. Sort yourself out.

Society is forgetting ‘Do unto others…’ and resupplying it with negativity because we are not truly whole or healed from mistakes of the past. And since no apologies or admissions of wrongdoing are forthcoming from hate and spite, we can do something for ourselves — limit hostage impact on us and hold memory of a child you disconnected from before life messed up someone with potential to inspire joy in the world, blinders on, because other people like you throwvrotten fruit. Do it for yourself. We’ll save humanity later.

Stop influencing hate, getting rid of hate you’d otherwise ingest, hating yourself.
I can hear the cry for pity from others with the words they use…on the offensive — a mask to disguise self-loathing. You don’t have to go at me or any other. Open yourself up to a real hug. Ask and you shall receive. The love another gives will reinspire joy for both, connected to hope, adding to steadfastness to seek horizons, reclaiming your manifest destiny. Let no other inside your head, even a therapist. Ask yourself questions. Open a maw where defenses arrive and set it all free. First the brain relaxes, a good sigh, and body lifts, getting off the soul, heart, contests of joy, fear, frustration that added to anger in that caged place. Sing for no one but you.

I’ll add to this and more later.
What ever load you tell yourself, my head needn’t be trapped in it. Sort yourself out.
