Seems likely of being bad, but even if it is, it really happened. And we don’t have many days before we’re old, older, and then just old photographs. No one but you will remember them all, some you might even forget.

But they really happened once, on a day or night. It’s funny we think our problems are all important, that it matters so much but every year leaves old things behind. It’s amazing how many good people are forgotten, even family. In not many years people forget those moments with people, life goes on and the tightest links fade under layers of dust. The tightest anchors fade beneath the waves until here is there, and very far away.

But it all really happened, and all that did got you here. It will get others where they go, you lay bricks for others to step over, they walk never wondering how they got there, or who placed them. But someone really did on a real day, maybe hurting or sweating, or dreaming of the people who would pass there. It really happened and the world’s a better place because of it.
