a poem I wrote for class

A thousand screams, a fractured sound,
Across the void, a whispered wound.
From shadowed depths, a chilling plea,
A symphony of agony.

Each shriek a shard, a broken glass,
Reflecting tears, a silent pass.
A fractured echo, lost and frail,
A thousand whispers, hearts prevail.

Through darkened halls, the echoes roam,
A haunting chorus, lost and home.
Each whispered sigh, a phantom's plea,
A thousand screams, eternally.

They pierce the night, a mournful art,
A fractured soul, a broken heart.
They paint the sky in shades of grey,
A thousand screams, and fade away.

Lost in the mist, a fading sigh,
A thousand whispers, reaching high.
A phantom's tear, a silent groan,
A thousand screams, a whispered moan.
