Another whisper, another wonder, another word- what is left

Bruised and broken, open up my heart
Another whisper, another wonder, another word
Smiles last longer, when the gentle tug of raw emotion floods through
Encounter this world together, let me bleed for you
Rain on our happiness, which won't dissolve no longer
Puddles form beneath, only as a scar to represent the daily battle
