A study of friendships.

Amalgam

I have this friend, Amalgam
He excelled in athletics….still does.
I’ve admired that.
He’s achieved in occupation….
admirable as well.
He’s had struggles
that I never knew.
…..and persevered, admirably.
He’s the greatest of musicians,
but an even greater soul….a strong ally.
He’s a devoted man…to wife….family.
He’s even a sibling.
In my younger eyes…iconic.
We still keep in touch, thankfully, this friend and I….Amalgam
