Darkness falls apon you,
cutting you off from the world,
covers you like a blanket.
It suffocates you, chokes you,
It swallows you whole.
It comsumes you, devours you
It rips you apart.
You cry as it tears into you.
You wimper as it calls your name.

I am the darkness that swallows
your cries into the night.
I am the darkness that destroys
your hope and thrives on your fear.
I am the darkness that hurts you.
I am the darkness that pains you.
I am the darkness that kills you.
