A poem about a suicide attempt, it made sense at the time

Forever{}

Outside it's cold but no warmer inside
And all you want is to run and hide
I've nowhere to go, nowhere to run
So here I am with no visible sun
There's permanent rain
To share my pain
The blood is red
As it stains the bed
The scars are deep
But here I am and here I'll sleep
