You're slipping away,
way too fast.
This breath you take
may be your last.
Day by day,
is how it must stay.
Hoping, we've got to pray.

You came to me,
as nothing but a friend.
My intentions plain and simple,
I'll stay until the end.

Remember,
if I fail.
I gave it my all.
Until the very end,
all my love I will send.
