Oh, a Lover's Sigh

With his face close to mine,
I felt it slowly pour out
a sigh like a gentle breeze
across my soft cheek.

My curiousity was peaked.
What troubled my lover so?
With a sigh on my lips
I bent closer to his ear.

But, before words could flow,
before I could utter a sound,
he pulled me closer and deeper
and sighed with contentment.
