I spent twenty years writing technical manuals before my involuntary retirement. Technical writing used up a lot of energy, but didn't really satisfy the creative urge. I'm now writing my own poetry and looking for an audience. I use different forms and topics, but almost always compose with meter and rhyme.
My poems are usually born of strong feelings - my love for my wife, my awe of natural wonders, or my disgust for venal politics. Some do not care for my political views, so I've separated the political stuff into its own folder. Enter at your own risk!
