The use of electric guitar and piano together. All the instruments are given a chance to shine in the album, yet the band knows what they are doing when putting them all together. | ||

Many of the songs have similar traits, especially the solid pounding chords of the piano in similar rhythms. Yet, I was so thrilled that The Hush Sound can pull off decent piano and distorted guitar in the same song that I forgave this. The male vocals, especially in As You Cry, are not as polished as Greta's vocals. | ||
