This is a great book full of helpful knowledge. The book is easy to read from cover to cover in perhaps an hour. I suggest that you do that first, then find a binder and go through this book a chapter a day. I started putting together my binder, making my lists and following the author’s advice. At the end of a week I had my lists in place, a pedometer downloaded to my phone and lost two pounds. Not a lot but a start. The writing is in an easy to understand format. | ||

The chapters follow each other logically and there are resources at the back of the book you can check out. I liked that the author developed this plan for herself but is willing to share it with us. A great read and, I believe, a sensible plan to begin a healthy lifestyle. Give it a try. | ||
