About Me
I'm a 40 something year old social worker, mom, writer, and lifetime learner. I am newly divorced and discovering the pieces of me I left hidden here and there in the past 15 years. I'm finding a few more I didn't realize I had within me. I'm looking forward to this tremendous and sometimes tumultuous ride before me.
Type of Writer
I write mostly poetry but have a few stories and lyrics in the portfolio as well.
Writing Style
My poetry is not often formal unless a poem wants to be. I enjoy painting a picture or telling a story with words.
Interests
Making jewelry, home renovation, biking, nature exploration, hanging out with my sons, playing (at) the guutar, painting and anything artsy, and always learning something new.
