About Me
Much of my writing is informed by my travels, and the years I've spent living abroad. I have loved every adventure, even the bad ones. Getting robbed in Istanbul. Getting rocks thrown at me by children in a refugee camp. Living in the back room of a school in China. Driving a motorbike in Vietnamese rush hour. It's all be crazy, and beautiful, and horrible, and wonderful. My published works can be seen at JDBenabides.com
