I've spent my life wanting to write, but, although I've had fits of passion, I usually find life gets in the way. I have decided to commit to surrounding myself with "writing-things', such as this site, to find motivation to stick with it. I don't know that I have a "genre". I currently have works including science-fiction, historical fiction, western gothic, and several pulp-style pieces (I love the old pulps).
These days, mostly a distracted one...

Science Fiction, historical fiction, postmodern (or whatever the heck Pynchon is...), Detective stories, anything Pulp

Robert Heinlein, Thomas Pynchon, Neal Stephenson, Bob Howard,
Jim Carroll, Bob Howard

I gave up owning a TV in the 90s, but now in this age of streaming content I find myself occasionally watching shows. I have really enjoyed "The 100", and am currently loving the new adaption of one of my favourite comics, "The Doom Patrol".
