Writing.com is a time evaporator. It continues to amaze me how you can get lost on this site for hours. Taking 7 years off has not helped my cause with so many new things to see and figure out how to use.

Had it not been for my tummy grumbling for some dinner, I might have never looked at what time it had become. So I'm off to find some food and give my puppy a trim before it's time to hit the hay for another day.

I too am amazed at how time dissipates while I am pre-occupied here.
A blast from the past - after being absent from the site for a couple of years, I have taken it upon myself to go through my items. I remember this night so vividly as I read it once more. Enjoy.

Well, here we are, the 3rd day of January, 2026. Time to get back in the swing of things, review what's in my port, add more content, review sooo many newbies, catch up with the old gang that still exists, and see all the new things and modifications that SM has kept himself busy with.
