Happy Anniversary, H.A. You know, I always thought you'd joined before me. Anyway, have a great day.
Here's some tarts given to you from the Knave of Hearts to to munch on while your isolating due to this virus scare. He stole them from the queen, but no worries, I hear this virus has her quarantined.

Do you ever write something you really like and eagerly enter it in a contest, hoping to win? Then, glimmering with pride, you read the other entries, fall in love with them, and realize that you don't even want to win anymore because you want their ultra-deserving entry to win?

Happens to me all the time. :)
No. I just want to win. *Laugh*

Actually, I feel a little intimidated by some good writes out there.
And, I hate when I win when someone else should have. I know people put a lot of work in and a little acknowledgment just to let them know they are on the right path can really help develop writing focus.
Contests here don't necessarily mean validation, however. In fact, some of the greatest writers tell stories of the ignorance of publishers who rejected their writing. So, there's that.
Nope... *Rolling*
While Schnujo What I Mean? is doing a wonderful job of calling attention to the newsfeed with generous GP gifting, I thought I'd take advantage to draw some attention to Bob'n Around 's "Invalid Item contest. I love reading the entries there, and while there are regular entries, I would love to see even more (hint, hint)... :)

I just submitted my entry for March:

SWEET! I actually just highlighted his contest on "The Contest Challenge last month and it seemed to be pretty well liked. *Smile* Great idea advertising it here, especially now! *Hug*
Thought some people here might be interested in this...

This month, Bob came up with my favorite prompt ever. I literally had to write a story the moment I saw it.

"Pro's and con's of 'Absolute Truth' in science and religion"

I would love to read what everyone comes up with for that one (hint, hint)!

Damn hiker you're mainlining the good stuff.

If you haven't already, check out superwomenmania; writers like dkc and dru1076 are definitely on a similar wavelength to what you and sowega have been,

Thank you very much for the kind words! I have checked it out a little bit. I submitted the two Corruption chapters there as well. They should be posted in the next couple of days. Trying to finish off part 4 now... :)
Please feel free to drop me a line here or by private message. I love feedback, both positive and negative. I love story ideas too!
