All I know is, I don't want that life anymore. Everyday I lose part of who I am and I can't stand it. Seeing Shain and remembering who I used to be only strengthened my desire to be my own person again and stop pretending I am something I am not for another person. I've made my choice and I know, for once, that is is the right one.
When courting was the norm, all you got was "get to know you" time (not sexual stuff) and then you were engaged/married. So what you learn in the early stages was what you based a whole life on.
