I am finally home after five months of struggling to live, learn how to sit, stand, walk again. The first of May I contacted a nasty case of Covid. No one knew for a while if I were going to live or not. I spent a week in ICU, then a week on a step-down hall before being sent to a specialty hospital for a month. Then I spent three months in rehab learning to function. Today is the first time I've been on a computer since May.

I will be back to "normal" some day, but I will be on oxygen for whatever time I have left. However, you're not getting rid of me yet..

Here's your song.

That virus messes everything up. I hope you recover well and be able to continue with your publishing company. Most important thing is your health.
It's good to see you back!
Sunday afternoon will be our next Between the Covers about promoting books. Attendance is free, but we need people to register. Go to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1kEjFGFLMq3OPFQEkqYkOkgdTIJpF7EfQosCM653As1o/edi... .

After this month, we will not have a live audience, but will have a link for those who register to watch a YouTube production.
I plan to be on. Sent some questions with request to join.
What time is it again? I thought normally we went to a page that had more info, but I didn't see it this time. *Blush*
I forgot to tie a string on my finger. Is there a recorded version?
Happy birthday
in purple, of course
Warmest wishes for a happy birthday!
Kindest Regards, Lilli

I notice someone said he wrote poetry not books. Did you know poetry can go into books as a collection of poems. In fact, 4RV Publishing has a Poetry Imprint. Never sell yourself short by saying you "only" write poetry. Also, people who write short stories can "do" books by putting together a collection of short stories that connect. All writing is valuable.
Someone sent an email to register for Between the Covers as Jamiewrites1@email.com. That bounced. If that person is here, please send an email that is valid.
If you don't find them, let me know and I'll advertise as well. *Smile*
Autocorrect struck again. The email was supposed to be gmail, not email. Ugh.
The next Between the Covers of 4RV will be May 15 @ 2:30 P.M. Central time (3:30 Eastern, 1:30 Mountain, 12:30 Pacific). The topic will be promoting books. For more information and the link to register, go to https://4rvreading-writingnewsletter.blogspot.com/p/between-covers-promote-that-... . Registration is free, but anyone wanting to attend needs to register.
The link for tomorrow afternoon's Zoom round table "What do editors want?" is https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82342951759 . The session begins at 2:30 Central time (3:30 Eastern, 1:30 Mountain, 12:30 Pacific). Someone registered and didn't give his email address, only his name. So, I'm posting the link everywhere I posted about the discussion -- this time.

Does that mean we don't have to register this time? *Angelic* *Bigsmile* *Laugh*

What's the link to register if we're still supposed to? I can't seem to get my act together. *FacePalm* But your round tables are really good! *Heart*
