This is an interesting perspective of someone being caught between two people. I have not been in this situation, but the thoughts of the author reveal the truth in his or her hindsight and everything that has happened. Life is hard. Poker teaches people to keep straight faces but still be themselves, not revealing anything about them until the play is over.
