You make me want to know what happened to the main character, and to start exploring that location and its mystery! I like the imagery a lot, the open ceiling with the mountain range, the far-away eagles, and how you appeal to all senses. The atmosphere of a place real and somehow unreal at the same time makes for a promissing start!
