Being a kind-hearted person isn’t always easy. You might find this hard to believe but it’s true. Being a kind-hearted person isn’t always easy. It’s doable! It’s who you are.” Being able to understand and share the feelings of others is a valuable trait.

You make it your business to surround yourself with like-minded kind people like yourself. People who have empathy. Being able to understand and share the feelings of others resonates a valuable trait.

We all were gifted with empathy, humility, smiles, and compassion.

Even though not all of us are compelled to use these traits throughout our lives. I still choose to believe there are more kind people in the world than not. While it may be difficult to measure the exact ratio of kind people to unkind people, focusing on the goodness and kindness that exists can contribute to a more compassionate and empathetic outlook on life.

Some would dare to think people who are kind have alternate motives. They want to get something from this person. Pretending to be kind gets them closer to what they want. Maybe they don’t want people to think they are all about themselves and are selfish.
Researchers Anne Böckler, Anita Tusche, and Tania Singer analyzed years of data about how contemplative practice — i.e., meditation — affects a slew of biological and behavioral measures. Their findings through what they call The ReS
ource Project investigate the facets and forces of kindness. They looked at 329 study recruits who responded to questionnaires about empathy, kindness, and personality.

Emiliana R. Simon-Thomas, Ph.D., is the science director of the Greater Good Science Center, where she directs the GGSC’s research fellowship program. She informs us even though science has looked at these questions. Researchers will say that they have not figured out the formula for what makes people kind. Being generous involves a willingness to give, share, and help others without expecting anything in return.

A more sophisticated scientific understanding of where human kindness comes from is the critical first step to figuring out how to strengthen it. We all know it makes us feel good!

People with integrity are honest, trustworthy, and have strong moral principles. They strive to do the right thing, even when it’s difficult or unpopular.

This might be a crazy question and maybe I should know the answer with all the information that you make available on this site. Even though the information is available, because it's a lot, for me it's a bit overwhelming. Even though I have been a member of this site for sometime, I have not been on the site as much as I would like to due to not understanding how this site is run.
For example when you say advertise your items, what does that mean? What are items? What should my portfolio consist of?
Is there someone or a place on this site I can go if I need assistance with learning how to navigate this site?
