You have a great idea and plot point here. Seems the latest craze are mediums (for example: the two television shows- Medium and Ghost Whisperer). I rather enjoy them, too.

However I think you should proofread. I found a few small grammatical errors and some spelling/typo mishaps.

Overall, good idea. I enjoyed the read.
