direct and to the point... shows how loving someone who is not worthy can hunt and still cause your heart pain. It reminds me of an old time era... something you would see in a historical romance novel... I liked it, and I am such a lover of romance.... now you need to write a poem that shows there is a true love out there for him/her

Interesting poem... I would look at the first line in your second paragraph... I think it needs something more in depth

Very interesting story.... you never really know if the woman was only in his mind or if she was real. Or maybe he was so lonely in life that Jake just wanted his life to end. It also sends the message a drug addict leads a very unfullfilling life with very clouded visions....
