Tabula Rasa (clean slate).

An attempt to let the subconcious mind speak directly through the fingers while temporarily disabling concious thought. I too have felt that it's impossible. But it can be done, and you have beautifully depicted the process in your poem. Personally, I feel that this mode of writing is best used for expressing emotions and abstract thoughts already established by the concious mind (preconceived), as opossed to an analytical approach.
